Shona Hagan-An international award winning
bellydancer, the brains behind Miss Bellydance UK
and its hostess with the mostess.  Shona is
passionate about both performing and teaching
bellydance. Her true inspiration and life long love is
with the Egyptian styling but she enjoys watching
other styles too, Shona is popular as a teacher and
performer and has taught and performed at many of
the Uk's national festivals and events alongside many
of the worlds superstars of bellydance.  Her warm, fun
loving personality makes her classes fun, but be
warned, she has a reputation as a slavedriver.
Sabrina-is a professional bellydancer , and multi-award winning
dancer,

Sabrina has performed for Royal Families of the Middle East
and headline in nightclubs and restaurants in Los Angeles,
California.  She has worked with top middle eastern musicians
in the USA including nightly shows with Issam Houshan, Gamal
Goma, Amir Sofi, Mohamed Salem and John Bilezikjian.  Sabrina
performs in concert with internationall renowned bands such
as Stellamara, Middle Earth Ensemble, is a featured bellydance
performer and instructor on The Flying Carpet TV, and was a
member of the Screen Actors Guild when based in Los Angeles.
 She is the author of the international best seller 'Energy and
Extension for Bellydancers' training mediation CD.

Sabrina currently resides in San Diego, California, where she is
featured in seven restaurant venues monthly and teaches
weekly classes.  She tours internationally, presenting speciality
bellydance workshops and performing in gala shows.
Nawarra-meaning flower- is a Leeds Uk based
bellydancer of Moroccan origin.  The first Arab
Folkloric Dance Instructor to be based in the north of
England.  Nawarra's warm teaching style, her
performance and infectious vitality has won her a big
following in the last two years.  She is among the most
charismatic and acclaimed choreographer, entertainer
and master dance instructor of Magrebi-Moroccan
dance- of our time, and is of growing National and
International reputation.
Fereshteh- Finalist of the Randa Kamel 2011
bellydance competition, winner of Nile Group
2010. and winner of Stockholm Bellydance
Festival 2007 and 3rd place 2008, Fereshteh
constantly wins on the International front.  
Performing and teaching all over the world,
Fereshteh teaches and has taught at the
following international events: The Miami
Bellydance Convention, Stockholm Bellydance
Festival, Oriental Festival in Germany,
Austrienta Festival in Austria and many more.  
Practising everyday in one thing she like's to
do and with her flare, and sharp style, she is in
demand.  Just recently returned from Cairo
where she has spent time studying dance.
Kay Taylor-Kay is one of the UK,s leading
experts in Egyptian bellydance.  She has
close links to Cairo, and, through her travel
company Farida Adventures, runs specialist
trips for dancers up to 9 times per year.  
Farida Dance was started by Kay over 15
years ago and is probably the UK's best
known online Bellydance store stocking
Cairo's top designer labels and unique and
affordable troupe designs.  Kay is know both
nationally and internationally as an
inspirational teacher and performer.  She is
head of the JWAAD Teacher Training Program
and was responsible for its' achieving
accreditation for its modules.
Gwen Booth-Gwen Booth specializes in theatrical fusion
bellydance, blending elements from ballet and western
theatrical dance forms with Egyptian bellydance into a
unique, graceful and elegant fusion. She also teaches the
fabulous showgirl dance style and specializes in the use of
props including sword, stick, veils, fans and shamadan.

Performing and teaching bellydance for a decade and a
half, Gwen trains bellydance teachers on the JWAAD
Foundation and Diploma courses, and is training
coordinator with the JWAAD Teachers’ Association. She is
known for her elegant, inventive and dramatic pieces and
has performed and taught at international events such as
the International Bellydance Congress and Bellyfusions
Festival Paris. She was a judge at the Miss Bellydance UK
2010 and 2011 competitions and is on the judging panel
again this year.
Dawn O'Brien- Dawn began dancing at a very early age
and has always been influenced by artistry, whether
through dance or from visual pieces.  She found
bellydance in 1996 and instantly became hooked.  Her
dance philosophy is 'What else can we do?' and is a
theme that has continued through her work to the
present day.  Fascinated by the endless possibilities of
the human form in dance, she has studied yoga
extensively, branching in contortion and enterology,
martial arts and many styles of dance.  She considers
herself to be a lifelong student and has trained with the
elite within the fields of ATS, Tribal Fusion and Egyptian
Dance.  Inspired by many dance styels and forms of
movement, she began pioneering Cyber Fusion in 2006, a
dance style that fuses street dance, club and popular
culture.

Dawn is a sought after instructor and performer, her
knowledge of anatomy and dance dynamics combined
with an open and natural teaching style enables students
to achieve their maximum  potential during her classes
and workshops.  She has performed and taught
internationally and is a founder member of ~BAMBA,
teaching bellydance and Tribal bellydance locally in
Birmingham and Walsall since 2000.
Bex Priest-Bex is a dark Tribal Fusion  performer and
instructor from the Midlands who has performed both
Nationally and Internationally.  Bex is recognised by her
creepy stage presence and strong Tribal Fusion
technique and has taught sell-out workshops to rave
reviews across the UK.  Blending yoga, Tribal Fusion
Bellydance and the Dark aesthetic of her roots in
Theatre and the Gothic subculture, Bex is keen to push
the boundaries of the dance.   Recently, Bex has taught
at Gothla UK, Britain's top alternative bellydance event
as well as performed on the same stage with some of
the world's top Tribal Fusion artists and teachers.  Bex
was recently awarded the title of Miss Bellydance UK
Fusion Soloist 2011.  
Chas Whitaker-Plays Darabuka / Douf / Riq / Zills.
Chas has been studying Middle Eastern
Percussion for over 15 years and has travelled
extensively and studied in Morocco, Turkey,
Israel and Egypt. He plays in several bands and
accompanies many Oriental dancers, specialising
in drum solos. He teaches locally in South West
England and nationally including the UK's largest
drum festivals.
